Awa Xue is retained by Duan & Duan UK LLP's London office as advisor on a defined AI implementation project. She works with the partners on the evaluation and roll-out of AI tools selected for that project, in line with the firm's standards for accuracy, client confidentiality and human oversight. Her engagement is specific to the UK office.

Awa is the founder and CEO of Tact AI, an AI roleplay platform built for high-stakes professional conversations. Before founding Tact AI, she was Digital Transformation Lead at Accenture UK, working across the aerospace and defence, legal, and resources sectors on transformation programmes exceeding £10 billion. Earlier in her career she served as Special Advisor to the OECD in Paris, advising both the OECD and the People's Republic of China's Ministry of Transport on digital transformation in the transport sector.

Awa holds an MSc in Area Studies from the University of Oxford and a BA in International Relations from Sciences Po, Paris.
