Solicitor

Dispute Resolution, Cross-border Litigation, Arbitration, Commercial Contracts, Intellectual Property

Min Liu qualified as a solicitor in England and Wales in March 2025. Before practising in the UK, she worked as a lawyer at a leading international law firm in China, where she built a strong foundation in dispute resolution. She has significant experience in both litigation and arbitration, including acting for clients on commercial contract and intellectual property disputes involving major multinational corporations.

A native Mandarin speaker with fluent English, Min navigates the linguistic and cultural dimensions of complex cross-border disputes with precision, offering clients — and in particular international companies engaged in cross-jurisdictional litigation — clear, strategic, and culturally attuned legal solutions.

Min holds an LLM from the University of Edinburgh. She previously obtained an LLB and a BSc in Electrical Automation, both in China. This combined legal and technical background allows her to grasp quickly the core technical issues that arise in technology, commercial, and intellectual property disputes.
