What are my rights if I have been unfairly dismissed?

If you have been employed for at least two years, you have the right not to be unfairly dismissed. You may be able to bring a claim to the Employment Tribunal for compensation. Certain dismissals, such as those relating to whistleblowing or discrimination, are automatically unfair regardless of length of service.

How long do I have to bring an Employment Tribunal claim?
