Xiaolei Wang currently serves as a Paralegal at Duan & Duan UK LLP. She possesses a dual legal background in both the People's Republic of China and the jurisdiction of England and Wales. Xiaolei graduated from Zhongnan University of Economics and Law and subsequently obtained an LL.M. in International Business Law from King's College London.

Prior to assuming her current role, Xiaolei worked at Duan & Duan UK LLP as a Legal Assistant for over one year. During this time, she gained experience in an international legal practice environment, assisting solicitors on a range of contentious matters, including commercial, family, and property disputes. She has now rejoined the firm as a Paralegal, continuing to focus on complex cross-border legal matters.

Through systematic academic training and practical experience across two legal systems, Xiaolei has developed strong legal analytical skills. Her professional trajectory is focused on multi-jurisdictional dispute resolution.

Xiaolei has successfully passed the first stage of the Solicitors Qualifying Examination (SQE1) in England and Wales and holds the PRC Legal Professional Qualification Certificate. She is committed to delivering clear, practical, and commercially minded legal support to clients across different jurisdictions. She is fluent in English, Mandarin, and Cantonese, enabling her to provide professional support to clients from diverse linguistic and cultural backgrounds.
