Blair was admitted as a solicitor in May 2023, having completed two years of training with Jackson Lyon LLP (now Duan & Duan UK LLP). During her training she gained substantial experience in litigation, including work on cases before the Supreme Court and the Court of Appeal.

Throughout her training, Blair worked on both contentious and non-contentious matters, with a particular focus on serving international clients, including Chinese-speaking communities in the UK, mainland China, and overseas.

Bilingual in Mandarin (native) and English, Blair is able to communicate effectively with clients from diverse cultural backgrounds and to deliver tailored legal solutions to a wide range of clients, including high-net-worth individuals and international corporate clients involved in cross-border disputes.

Blair is an LLM graduate of Queen Mary University of London, where she developed expertise in both international commercial arbitration and human rights. Prior to her LLM, Blair obtained a Bachelor's degree in Civil Law at one of China's leading law universities.
