Prior to this, she accumulated valuable experience in certain international law firms in Hong Kong, where she was deeply involved in a wide range of cross-border banking and finance projects. Maggie provided legal services to numerous prominent banks, including HSBC, Standard Chartered Bank, China Development Bank Corporation, The Export-Import Bank of China, and Minsheng Financial Leasing. Her work has consistently aligned with the high standards and complexities of international banking operations. Her expertise in banking spans project finance, acquisition finance, asset finance, and sale-and-leaseback and her primary responsibilities back then include conducting corporate due diligence, drafting resolutions for company boards of directors and/or shareholders, amending articles of association, drafting or reviewing financing documents, handling registration of securities in relevant jurisdictions, and preparing legal opinions.
