Min was admitted as a Solicitor in England and Wales in March 2025. Before qualifying in the UK, Min built an exceptional foundation in dispute resolution, practising as a qualified lawyer at leading international law firms in China. She has acquired extensive expertise in managing litigation and arbitration. Her experience extends to representing clients in commercial contract and IP cases against major international corporations.
Being bilingual in Mandarin (native) and English, Min can effectively navigate the linguistic and cultural nuances of UK-China disputes. This allows her to deliver clear, strategic, and culturally-attuned legal solutions to a wide range of clients, particularly international corporations involved in transnational litigation.
Min holds an LLM from the University of Edinburgh, in addition to a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) and a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Automation gained in China. This dual law and technical background enables her to quickly comprehend the complex technical issues at the core of sophisticated technology, commercial, and IP disputes.
