Awa Shuyue Xue is a Business Development Manager specialising in UK–China growth, partner development, and external communications. She supports Chinese enterprises expanding into the UK/Europe (出海) and UK organisations establishing a base in China, bridging commercial objectives with clear positioning and stakeholder engagement across both public- and private-sector ecosystems.

In her consulting career in London, Awa worked on cross-border digital transformation programmes and pursuits, including aerospace & defence and legal-sector clients, contributing to initiatives and deal pipelines valued at £1bn+. She previously served as a Consultant at the OECD and continues to support OECD work externally, while advising China’s Ministry of Transport on a project basis – focused on engagement and communications with UK and European counterparts.

Awa holds a BA from Sciences Po Paris and an MSc from the University of Oxford, and is currently enrolled in the CKGSB MBA. She also founded an AI company in China focused on EQ education. Awa is a native speaker of English and Mandarin Chinese, with working proficiency in French and German.
