Aiyana Wang is a China-qualified lawyer with a solid academic background in both Chinese and UK law, holding a Master of Laws in International Business Law from Queen’s University Belfast and an MA in Law (SQE1 route) from The University of Law, London. Previously practised at Beijing DHH Law Firm (Wuhan), advising government bodies, listed companies, and multinationals on commercial, regulatory, and cross-border matters.
Experienced in both contentious and non-contentious practice, including complex civil and criminal defence, corporate compliance, contract and regulatory advisory, and cross-border dispute resolution. Has successfully represented clients in high-value cases exceeding RMB 100 million and contributed to multi-jurisdictional EPC project disputes valued over RMB 4 billion.
Combines strong analytical and negotiation skills with a deep understanding of comparative legal systems. Since 2024, serves as a member of the Foreign Affairs Committee of the Wuhan Lawyers Association. Also a Forensic Certified Public Accountant (USA) and Member of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (CIArb), demonstrating multidisciplinary expertise in law, finance, and arbitration.
