Xiaolei Wang possesses a strong academic foundation and practical experience in law. She completed her Bachelor of Laws at Zhongnan University of Economics and Law in China, where she specialised in Civil and Commercial Law. Following this, she pursued and recently completed a Master of Laws in International Financial Law at King’s College London, deepening her understanding of global legal frameworks, particularly in banking law, international commercial arbitration, and strategic decision-making.
Throughout her legal career, Xiaolei gained hands-on experience as a legal assistant at two prominent law firms in Guangdong, China. In these roles, she was responsible for conducting thorough legal research, drafting legal documents, and managing client communications. These experiences have honed her ability to navigate complex legal issues and equipped her with essential analytical and organisational skills.
Xiaolei is fluent in Mandarin, Cantonese, and English, which enables her to engage effectively with clients from diverse cultural and linguistic backgrounds. Her experience with both Chinese and international legal systems allows her to support lawyers in cross-border legal matters. She is looking forward to utilising her expertise and contributing in a legal assistant role in an international law firm that connects China and abroad.
